The machine body is made of light aluminum alloy. An electronic speed control system allows you to stabilize movement along the copier and obtain very high quality parts.

The magnetic roller smoothly guides the cutter along any contour, cutting steel sheets up to 100 mm thick.

To receive a workpiece of the required size (plus processing tolerance), it is important to select the correct template dimensions. To do this, it is necessary to add an allowance for subsequent machining to the size of the workpiece (finishing) and subtract the difference X, calculated by the formula: R (magnetic roller) - r (1/2 of the cutting width) = X (difference in size between the template and the resulting workpiece) . r - taken for mouthpieces No. 0-3 equal to 3 mm, and for No. 4 - 4 mm.
