Welding Positioner HD-10

Welding positioner HD-10 light-duty welding positioner is designed for tilting and rotating workpieces up to 10 kg into an optimal welding (or cutting) position at full welding speed. The manipulator is suitable for automatic circumferential butt and fillet welding, manual and semi-automatic circumferential welding, and other applications requiring workpiece rotation or tilting.

The manipulator features a cast faceplate with a 3-jaw quick-clamp chuck mounted on it. The rotation speed can be continuously adjusted over a wide range. The stable support structure of the manipulator requires no additional fastening. The positioner consists of a mounting frame, a table tilting mechanism, an electrical unit with a control panel and switches, and a start pedal. The control panel is equipped with switches for changing the rotation direction of the faceplate (table), stopping, and adjusting the rotation speed of the faceplate (table). The rotation speed of the faceplate (table) is controlled via a frequency converter.
