Purge pipes fast with minimal gas usage

The silicone Double Seal purging system that has been designed to further reduce both inert gas use and purging time

This system uses silicon discs to form an airtight seal, reducing purge times and gas usage for maximum efficiency

There are 2 styles of silicon Double Seal systems available:

• the Gas Finger system is designed for small pipes and tubes from ¾ - 1.5" / 16 - 38 mm
• the Double Seal system is made for pipes from ¾ - 12" / 16 - 320 mm

►HOW IT WORKS

DESIGN: Gas enters through an inlet with two sealing discs connected by a flexible, rigid, or spring tube

SEALING: At least one disc always presses tightly against the pipe wall, ensuring 100% gas tightness

MATERIALS: Discs are UV-resistant and heat resistant up to 330 °C (continuous) or 450 °C (short-term)

GAS INLET: Gas is evenly distributed through a built-in central diffuser with no turbulence

GAS OUTLET: Gas exits via outlet holes in the second disc unit, creating a steady flow

EFFICIENCY: Extremely short purge times reduce gas use and prevent oxygen ingress

FLEXIBILITY: One sealing pair fits various pipe diameters — cost-effective and versatile

AVAILABILITY: Available as individual units or in sets for different pipe sizes
