The welding rotator is characterized by a simple and compact configuration, adaptable to various working conditions. The frame is made of durable material, and the roller bearings are coated with a layer of heat-resistant polyurethane to increase adhesion to the rotating product. The rotator can support cylindrical or columnar workpieces weighing up to 1000 kg.

To work with pipes of different diameters, it is possible to fix the roller supports in two positions. The rotation speed of which is smoothly adjustable in the range from 80 to 1600 mm/min. The drive section is equipped with a 0.1 kW motor operating from a 220 V network.

The device is simple and reliable in operation. For ease of use, the equipment includes a remote control - a pedal that allows you to control the start and stop of the rollers, speed, as well as the forward-backward rotation mode, in real time.
