The design of this guillotine is stable and reliable. When using the machine in production, you can achieve a significant reduction in labor costs due to the excellent cutting qualities of the equipment and simple operation. The model is equipped with high-carbon steel cutters and a mechanism for reliable sheet clamping. The guillotine has a depth limiter for feeding the workpiece and a foot pedal with a simple position regulator.
Peculiarities I:
- Fully welded steel structure
- High cutting performance, reducing labor costs
- Easy adjustment of the foot pedal position
- High carbon steel knives
- Material feed depth limiter as standard
Peculiarities II:
- Clamp height – 8mm
- The clamp fixes the sheet before cutting
- Blade angle – about 5º
- Table height – 810 mm
- Sheet feed clamp (removable stop) – 700mm from the cutting line
- The guides of the sheet feed clamp (stop) have measuring rulers
- On the guillotine workbench, on both sides there is a ruler up to 31mm (mm/inch)
- Front extensions for sheet support from the work table - 550 mm
- Front sheet support extensions to the cutting line (including the work table) - 915 mm
- Work table (up to the cutting line) 365-370mm
- The minimum sheet thickness is 0.5 mm (when adjusting the knives, minimum cutting is possible up to 0.3 mm inclusive [steel])
- The presence of an adjacent ruler on the front extensions and the work table for fixing the sheet for cutting at an angle
Avoid cutting material that is too thick or has hard beads, slag, line welds, or other defects that are excessively hard.
