The design of the manual rolling machine is stable on the surface thanks to the wide support base.
The machine is equipped with a special groove, which allows you to perform precise bending of metal and obtain rings with uniform thickness around the entire circumference. This is especially important when making rings for bearings, seals and other parts.
The control lever has an optimal length and shape, which ensures a minimum of effort when performing bending work.
Polished steel rollers do not damage the surface of the workpiece being processed, guaranteeing high quality.
Peculiarities:
- The maximum permissible sheet thickness when working with low-carbon steel (the yield strength σs should not exceed the parameter σs ≤245 MPa) is no more than 0.8 mm.
- The maximum permissible thickness when working with stainless steel is no more than 0.5 mm.
- Can be installed on any workbench.
