This equipment is widely used for the production of professional-individual and small-scale production of ventilation components and drainage elements. In cases of production of cylindrical and conical products (for rolling conical products, the shape of the workpiece must first be prepared [cut] from the required sketch and with calculated dimensions), straightening of flat workpieces, hemming of edges.

Peculiarities:

1. Longitudinal groove of the upper shaft for sheet threading
2. Grooves for bending rods
3. The weight and the mounting rod system allow working with max. possible thickness of galvanized steel sheet on hand rollers at max. “narrow” roller diameters (60mm)
4. The rigidity of the machine allows you to effectively work with workpieces with a max. 0.5mm thick
5. Two rotation speed roller (2nd roller is a reduced speed roller for working with maximum sheet thickness)
6. Cast iron side supports
7. Flywheel for moving the rear roller; with the help of a rack and pinion mechanism, opposite sides of the roller move synchronously
8. The flywheel moves the lower roller using a pair of sliders and a rod to synchronously move the opposite sides of the roller
9. Locking screw of the transmission gear on the reduced speed roller (designed to fix the gear in the working and idle positions, to turn off the idle rotation of the roller if necessary)
