Gas Cutter for pipes CG2-11

Gas Cutter for pipes CG2-11, electrically driven, for oxy-fuel cutting of pipes with a diameter of 150–600 mm and a wall thickness of up to 50 mm. The travel accuracy of the cutting machine is ensured by a guide belt wrapped around the pipe. The processing diameter is limited by the standard belt length of 2.4 m; however, it is possible to increase its length by attaching additional links. The movement of the machine around the pipe is carried out by the rotation of magnetic wheels, which simultaneously hold it on the pipe in any position. The presence of an electric drive for torch travel significantly improves working conditions, increases productivity and cut quality, and reduces gas consumption. The design of the pipe cutting machine allows the torch to be tilted at an angle of up to 45 degrees, in which case pipe cutting and beveling occur simultaneously. Propane or acetylene with oxygen supply is used as the fuel gas.
