Gas cutting machine CG2-11D

Gas cutting machine CG2-11D  is a motorized oxy-fuel pipe cutting machine. The electric drive for moving the torch significantly improves working conditions, enhances productivity and cut quality, and reduces gas consumption. The machine moves via a drive sprocket rotating along the links of a chain wrapped around the pipe, which simultaneously serves as the guiding and retaining element. The standard chain length is 2.4 m, sufficient for processing pipes up to 600 mm in diameter. If required, the chain length can be extended. The design allows the torch to be tilted up to 45 degrees, enabling cutting and beveling to be performed simultaneously. Either propane or acetylene can be used as the fuel gas.

A distinctive feature of the machine is the presence of an electric drive, which ensures smooth running of the carriage along a single drive chain and a positioning accuracy of the cutter of 1 mm.
