Gas cutting machine CG1-100 with two torches and electric drive is designed for straight cutting of sheet metal with a thickness of 5 to 100 mm. Thanks to the additional attachment included in the scope of delivery, circular cutting with a diameter of 200 to 2000 mm is also possible. The design of the machine allows simultaneous operation with two torches, which can be angled up to 45 degrees. This enables the preparation of X-, Y-, and V-shaped bevels for welding. The stepless feed speed adjustment from 50 to 750 mm/min ensures a cut quality that requires no post-processing. Guide rails with a length of 1.8 m—which can be connected to achieve the desired overall length—ensure perfectly straight and even surfaces. Thanks to its two cutting tools, this machine can cut flanges from 200 to 2000 mm in a single pass.

From the control panel you can do the following:

• Regulating the speed and direction of movement of the trolley along the guides
• Turning on/off the supply of flammable gas, heating and cutting oxygen to the cutter

The machine body is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and has a modern ergonomic design. To protect against the high temperature of the cutter flame, the housing is equipped with a double metal shield.

The carrying trolley of the machine is equipped with a system of servo drives that distribute the traction force of the engine evenly to all 4 wheels. The machine is driven by a DC servo motor, the rotation speed of which can be adjusted and controlled by a digital control system. The ZYT261 30W servomotor is small in size and has good durability. The motor has the ability to rotate in forward and reverse directions. Setting and changing the speed of movement of the trolley within the range of 50-750 mm/min is set using the corresponding buttons on the control panel with the set value displayed on the digital monitor. Changing the direction of movement and stopping the machine is done using a three-position switch.

The cutting unit consists of gas valves with a valve, a console with a counterweight and a cutter installed in a holder. The torch holder has a rack and pinion mechanism that allows you to move the torch along the console, adjust the height of the torch above the metal surface, and also set the torch angle within ±45°. The position of the cutter is fixed with screws.

The machine is equipped with a built-in gas distributor, which ensures the preparation of the gas-oxygen mixture, regulation of power and flame structure.

The gas distributor of the machine is equipped with a valve that opens the supply of gases to the cutters of the machine and has three operating positions:

a) closed

b) heating oxygen and combustible gas are open

c) cutting oxygen, preheating oxygen and combustible gas are open
