Plasma cutting machine  CG1-30K

Plasma cutting machine CG1-30K is a device designed to move a plasma torch along the workpiece. The torch is mounted in the clamp of a cantilever arm.  Huawei CG1-30K is equipped with a controlled motor drive. It enables straight-line cutting of sheet metal up to a thickness of 5 mm, and thanks to the additional attachment included in the scope of delivery, circular cuts with a diameter of 200–2000 mm are also possible. The plasma source is not included in the scope of delivery, and there is no synchronization function with the plasma torch. The machine's design allows the cutting head to be rotated by up to 45°, enabling beveling, including V-bevels. The stepless feed speed adjustment from 50 to 4500 mm/min ensures a cut quality that requires no post-processing.

1.8 m long guide rails—which can be connected to reach the desired overall length—ensure perfectly level, straight surfaces. Plasma source and plasma torch are not included. Any unit from any manufacturer with unlimited power can be used.
