The machine bends products on four or more sides from the main surface of the workpiece, including bending shelves in opposite directions on products such as boxes, ventilated facades, facade cassettes, casings and any other profile metal products.

The presence of a foot drive allows the operator to quickly rotate and move workpieces, and the spring system of the bending beam facilitates the operator’s work on the machine.

• Supplied with two segment beams (segment top beam, segment bending beam). Each beam is equipped with 12 segments of different lengths: 25 mm, 30 mm, 35 mm, 40 mm, 45 mm, 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, 250 mm, 270 mm. The height of the bending beam segment is 120 mm. The width of the bending beam is 15 mm. The lifting height of the clamping segment beam is 47 mm. Height when pressed without segment 25 mm.
• The steel structure guarantees the necessary rigidity and stability of the machine during daily use.
• The design of the machine has a vertical stroke of the clamping beam, which allows you to fix workpieces with strictly parallel surfaces and stronger clamping along the entire length of the machine, compared to conventional axial clamps.
• The machine is equipped with sheet thickness adjustment and bending angle limiters.
