The cutting process (starting the saw – lowering the frame – stopping the saw) occurs automatically thanks to the hydraulic system. The frame is lifted manually by the operator. In the cutting working area, the blade is precisely guided by two guide bushings.

The cutting tool is an endless welded band saw. The fabric is tensioned using a tension pulley. The tension pulley is driven by a drive pulley, which in turn is driven through a gearbox.

The saw lowers under its own weight. The machine is equipped with a throttled hydraulic cylinder, which allows you to automatically adjust the lowering speed of the saw frame depending on the profile of the workpiece, which ensures optimal cutting conditions.

Using this model, which has a quickly adjustable miter vice, the frame rotates, not the workpiece. A vice with a quick retraction system speeds up the process of changing the workpiece (accelerated retraction of the movable jaw occurs without rotation of the flywheel). The workpiece is clamped manually using a vice, and the workpiece is fed manually. The presence of a coolant system as standard allows you to achieve high productivity.
