The ISY-351-II chamfer remover is designed to mechanize the cutting of chamfers on pipes before the welding process.

The device cuts a chamfer:

• - external at an angle of 30° and 37.5°
• internal - 15°, while it can end a pipe with a diameter of 163 - 351 mm at an angle of 0°
• clamping of pipes with an internal diameter of 150 – 330 mm
• operates on a 220 V network

Chamfering is carried out with specialized cutters installed in cutter holders. The chamfer remover is recommended for use in shipbuilding, bridge building, pipeline construction, tank construction, and power equipment.

FEATURES:

• The chamfer for Huawei pipes can perform chamfering and stippling operations at the same time, because the design provides for the possibility of installing 2 cutters in the holder: chamfering and stippling
• In the design, it is possible to level the end surface of the blunt pipe at the same time as removing the chamfer. For this, the chamfering cutter is set ahead of the facing cutter by the required amount
• Pipes made of carbon and high-alloy steels, aluminum, copper, and titanium can be processed

SPECIFICATION: 

 Optionally, servo and hydraulic drives can be used to process difficult materials or to increase productivity.
