►HOW THE PURGE BAG SYSTEM WORKS:

•Two inflatable baffles connected by a tube are installed on either side of the weld. They are close to the joint for fast purge, but outside the heating zone

•Once inserted into the tube, the baffles inflate, creating a sealed chamber. The gas gently displaces the oxygen through the built-in exhaust tubes, ensuring a clean weld without oxidation

•When the desired oxygen level is reached (controlled by a monitor), welding can begin. Once completed, the gas supply is turned off, the baffles deflate, and the system is easily removed

•The entire operation requires only one gas connection
